My Recruiting Pumpkin Plan
I just returned from another great National Collegiate Recruiting Conference (NCRC) hosted by recruiting guru Dan Tudor. My topic this year was Image Based Recruiting and how it can help you make lasting connections with your recruits.
However many coaches at the conference asked about last year's topic of my Recruiting Pumpkin Plan. It was a topic inspired by the book The Pumpkin Plan by Mike Michalowicz. It is a great read and I would recommend it to everyone.
